Purchase from an authorized ORIVETI dealer to ensure genuine products, full warranty coverage, and dedicated after-sales support.

WHAT'S COVERED

One year of peace of mind

1 Year Coverage

Full warranty protection for one year from the date of original purchase. Coverage applies to the original retail purchaser only.

Materials & Workmanship

Covers defects in both the external shell and internal components, including driver failure, connector faults, and manufacturing defects.

Repair or Replace

At our option, we will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. If the model is discontinued, we will replace it with a model of equal or greater value.

ORIVETI warrants to the original retail purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship in its external shell or in its internal components for a period of one (1) year*, from the date of purchase, if it is properly used and maintained. 

If this product proves defective in either material or workmanship, ORIVETI, at its option, will (a) repair the product, or (b) replace the product, at no charge for parts or labor. If the product model is no longer available and cannot be repaired effectively or replaced with an identical model, ORIVETI at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or greater value. 

Limitations

* This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.

* This limited warranty does not cover accessories, such as carrying case, ear tips, adaptor or ear hooks.

* This limited warranty does not cover consequential damage to other components.

* This limited warranty is null and void for altered products.

* This limited warranty terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer this product to another party.

HOW TO CLAIM

Warranty service process

If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps. Please do not send any product to us without first contacting us to receive a return authorisation.

Contact your dealer or ORIVETI directly

If you purchased from an authorized dealer, contact them first. For direct purchases from oriveti.com, email us at support@oriveti.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Provide proof of purchase

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required. This confirms the purchase date and that you are the original retail purchaser.

Ship the product if required

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Do not send any product before receiving this.

Repair or replacement dispatched

Once received and verified, we will repair or replace your product and return it to you at no charge. Typical turnaround is 5–10 business days.
