1. Standard Shipping Policies

Who We Ship To

Online purchases are available for countries that do not have an established local distributor. We do not sell directly to countries that have firm distribution in place. Please refer to our Authorised Dealer & Distributors page for details.

Once an established distributor for your country is in place, you may no longer order directly from us online. We will not ship to countries with authorised sales and distribution channels.

Dispatch Schedule

We ship parcels via YunExpress / Yanwen, Monday to Friday, except during national holidays. If these carriers are unavailable for certain areas, we will ship via standard post, which may result in longer delivery times.

Orders placed before 12 pm GMT+8 will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 pm Friday or on weekends will ship the following business day.

Occasionally, same-day dispatch may not be possible due to stock issues, order changes, or billing delays.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for most parts of the world that YunExpress/Yanwen deliver to. If you are in a low-population or remote area, we recommend contacting us before placing an order — we will advise on availability and any applicable charges. We do not profit from shipping costs; you are charged exactly what we are charged.

International Orders

Due to higher incidents of fraud, international orders undergo additional payment screening and therefore may not ship within typical fulfilment times. International customers remain solely responsible for all customs duties and taxes due at the time of delivery.

Customs & Taxes: We are not liable for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges that may be incurred in your country or during transit. These are entirely the recipient’s responsibility. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed for return shipping costs at the time of any refund (if applicable).
Liability: We are not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered once the parcel has shipped and left our facility.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We primarily ship via YunExpress and Yanwen. In areas where these carriers are not available, we use standard postal services.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: All shipping costs, regardless of carrier or method, are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.

Carrier Liability

Once shipped, packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. We are not liable for missed or delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Unexpected carrier delivery delays

Weather-related or mechanical delays

“Signature Required” package drop-off enforcement

Missed delivery hang-tag notifications

Local non-availability of the selected delivery speed

Incorrectly entered shipping information

Missed driver package drop-off by recipient

3. Common Questions

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time via the carrier’s website.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

International orders undergo additional payment screening to protect against fraud, which may delay dispatch by 1–2 business days. Weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance can also affect delivery times beyond our control.

My country isn’t listed — can I still order?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you’re in a low-population or remote area, contact us before ordering and we’ll advise on availability and any applicable shipping charges.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@oriveti.com. Once the parcel has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and ORIVETI is not liable for delivery to the original address.
